The Situation and How we Helped
Craig and Fiona wanted to sell because they were after a sea change - literally.
They decided to move from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and therefore wanted to pocket as much as they could from the sale of their home, in order to buy something equally nice on the Gold Coast.
Their home was not very old so did not require extensive preparations; however they desperately needed to declutter, because excess 'stuff' made their small unit look even smaller.
We used professional styling to modernise their home as well as to increase its perceived size.
This was done by using smaller pieces of furniture with legs, which drew the buyer's eyes under and between them, emphasizing the available space. We also used a smaller, round table to help achieve this effect.
